This page commemorates the initial Western Golf Alliance Open - the event that started it all - with Brian Gray, Peter McGarry, and Trever Esko, hosted by Peter at various courses in Oregon.

Combining golf courses with unique and varying challenges, a side trip to a casino, and even the first-night gathering at a local microbrewery, this event had all the attributes of a grand golf tradition that would become the hallmarks of a WGA event.
